Starting today I’ll be attempting to release a new (and free) design resource every month. This month’s resource is a layered PhotoShop template based on Velvet by Kriesi. Velvet is a very robust WordPress framework that I look forward to utilizing in the future – as with every unique web design you need something with which you can plan out your design.
Begin with the file and mold it into something unique – the Velvet framework can likely handle anything you throw at it with a little know-how. Obviously this is just the homepage but it should at least be a much better starting point than what currently exists for this particular theme. Definitely give the framework a try which you can find on Themeforest or the Kriesi website.
